City Lights Parade returns to a traditionl parade! This year's theme is "A Wonka Christmas"!

Prizes for judged floats:
1st place - $500
2nd place - $300
3rd place - $150
•Santa Land at Park Central opens at 4pm.
•Artisan Market at the Downtown Wichita Falls Farmers Market opens at 4pm.
•Lighted parade begins at 7pm.
